Why it exists

Generic SEO tools were built for Fortune 500 marketing teams and bills-by-the-thousand agencies. For a 40-room boutique hotel in Lisbon, a DMC running ten Egypt tours a month, or a solo tour operator in Patagonia, those tools are overpriced, overcomplicated, and missing the OTA-leakage analysis that's actually load-bearing for their business. Voyarank exists because that segment deserves a real tool — travel-specific keyword research, OTA-aware rank tracking, AI-engine citation measurement, and schema/brief tooling priced and scoped for owner-operators, not enterprise.

It's built and maintained as an independent product. There's no VC clock, no growth-at-all-costs targets. The roadmap is set by what customers actually ask for, and the codebase is engineered to last — Pint, PHPStan level 6, real test coverage on every feature, and a public audit log of every change in COMPLETED.md.
